This updated store is operated by the same people, from the same location, but with many more items for sale as well as a much nicer format to the entire shopping experience. After weeks of testing, we are closing the front-end on the CosWorx website to concentrate on the newer website. Please note the following: All of your current orders on CosWorx will still ship as scheduled, and you can still reference your current CosWorx account by logging in on the CosWorx side. Cosplay.com Shopping has a new number and now has even more people and extended customer service hours, which is good for future orders! But, for any remaining issues on CosWorx orders, we would like to keep the original representative in charge of those, as she has been referencing them up until now. For Gift Certificates - we will convert any unused CosWorx gift certificate to a Cosplay.com Shopping gift certificate for the remaining amount. This is because the account structure there is different. You will need to create a new account during checkout the first time. Alternatively, you can check out as a guest on Cosplay.com Shopping without creating an account, however you will lose a bit of functionality such as direct tracking of orders and access to the Help Desk, so we strongly advise creating a new account. Cosplay.com Shopping has many additional and vastly improved features, such as searching by color and style, an integrated help desk in your account, and direct tracking of your orders (when logged in). Also, this new shopping area has three new wig lines direct from Japan as well as more shoes and boots to choose from. In the very near future, we will be bringing back selections from Leg Avenue and adding things like materials for propmaking.
